So, what's this about?

I have registered for a sponsored cycle ride in October next year: Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in Vietnam and finishing, via Phnom Penh, at Angkor Wat in Cambodia, (470 Km. over 11 days,) to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society.
